Paste of honey and cinnamon spread over a slice of bread eaten at breakfast on a regular basis can reduces the cholesterol in the arteries thereby saving the person from heart attack.  It also relieves loss of breath and helps in the regular heart beat rhythm revitalizing the arteries and veins.

Eating of fruits and mastering the right way of eating them can give longevity, good health and normal weight.  Cooked fruits should be avoided since it is a loss to the nutrient contents and the best form is to consume it in its natural form and absorbs all its nutrient values and benefit from it.
