A BANANA A DAY KEEPS ALL YOUR ILLNESS AWAY

Banana, the common man's fruit has tremendous benefits in restoring the overall health of a person.  Recent findings have shown that people with depression have felt a lot better after having a banana since it contains tryptophan, a type of protein which the body converts into serotonin and helps to relax thereby enabling the person to feel a lot better and happier.  The contents of vitamin B6 regulate the blood glucose level which affects the mood of a person. Moreover with its high contents of iron, it stimulates the production of hemoglobin in the blood which helps in anemia cases.  It is also helpful to people with blood pressure due to its high level of potassium while simultaneously is low in salt. Its fibrous contents helps in the bowel movement and eliminates constipation

One can avoid morning sickness and keep the blood level up by snacking on bananas at breaks while vitamin B helps in calming the nervous system. Smokers too can find a solution to give up smoking by eating a banana since vitamin B6 and B12 together with potassium and magnesium helps to recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.  Moreover potassium being a vital mineral, helps in normalizing the heartbeats, regulates the water balance in the body and supplies the brain with oxygen.  Due to stress, the metabolism rises which reduces the potassium level and this imbalance is taken care of with the intake of high potassium contents in the form of a banana snack.
